HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?
- Drop off donations! (Shopping List) at CLC by Wednesday, November 10
- Give! Make an online donation here.
- Serve! Sign-up in the CLC Little York foyer the weekends of October 15 & 16 and October 22 & 22.
- Volunteer position descriptions and times are listed below.

- Inventory Assistants - As purchased food and supplies arrive you will help unload, count, and stage supplies in the proper room. Time may vary. You will be notified as to your scheduled time.
- TB 11 Celebration - All volunteers are invited to attend the TB Concert and Celebration with all of our partner churches. Boxes will be packed following the concert. This is an evening you will not want to miss!
- Clean up Team - Clean-up cafe and classrooms during and after the packing session and maintaining a trash free environment.
- Box Taper (5:30 p.m) - Tape boxes in preparation for packing.
- Food Stagers (6:15 p.m.) - Use shopping carts to move the food from the storage trailer into the various class rooms.
Saturday, November 19 - Little York, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
- Partner Truck Packing (8-11 a.m.) - Load boxes and food on delivery truck for delivery to CLC Fairfield, Piqua, and Partner Churches.
- Partner Delivery Drivers with truck or van if possible - Deliver food and supplies to Partner Churches.
- Delivery Driver Assistants - Follow partner truck drivers to assist in unloading boxes.
Sunday, November 20 - Distribution Day - Little York 2:15-6:30 p.m.
During the week of November 14 you will be notified as to the times you are scheduled. Please do not arrive before 2:15pm unless listed or instructed to do so.
- Set up Team - Set-up the Cafe and classrooms for distribution. (Arrive at 1:00pm and report to the Connection Center.)
- Clean-up Team - Tear down equipment, pick-up trash, reset class rooms at the end of the evening. Assist partner churches in loading any leftover boxes. (Arrive at 6:30pm and report to the Connection Center. Generally done by 8:30pm)
- Guest Guide - Assist guests through the process of picking up their basket. Share the Gospel and pray with recipients, as led by the Spirit.
- Delivery Driver - (Along w/spouse or same gender friend.) Deliver boxes to home of recipients. Share the Gospel and pray with recipients as led by the Spirit.
- Delivery Driver Assistants - A GREAT JOB FOR YOUTH! Use grocery carts to assist Delivery Drivers in transporting and loading baskets to their vehicles.
Wednesday, December 1, through completion - "Fruit Bearing"
- Follow-up phone calls and/or visits when possible. Assist new believers in getting established in their faith and a local church. Pray for additional needs they may have.
